Update 8-9 Trail construction

Update per Supervisors meeting (8-9). Weather permitting construction will be complete by weeks end and the trail will be opened from the parking lot in Sarver to Bear Creek Rd. Bear Creek to Monroe will continue to be closed. A section of trail has collapsed into the Creek. An emergency permit is needed from DEP to do the repair. PLEASE stay away this is a very unstable situation. Monroe to Laneville is open and will remain so. Holbein Inc has been hired to fix the washout at the power line and two other areas of concern between Keasey and Herman. They will also be planing the edges to speed up the feathering of the cuts.
