July 1, 8, 15, 22, 29 Trail Work Days

The Butler Outdoor Club is sponsoring Tuesday Trail Workdays during July.
Help clear the last mile of the Butler Freeport Trail to the new bridge location.

We'll be meeting each Tuesday in July at 9:00am and at 6:00pm
at a dirt parking lot across from Etzel Masonary and an oil depot at 170 Herman Road.
Bring lopers, bowsaws, pruners, gloves, safety glasses etc
If you have no tools, just bring some gloves.
Also bring some water and wear long pants and hiking boots, etc

Directions from Main St, Butler: go East at Post Office on Wayne St. cross viaduct and turn left onto Center Ave. Watch for sign for Herman and make slight left turn to Ziegler St. which becomes Herman Rd. Its only 1/4 mile from the stop sign on Ziegler St. to the parking lot on your right, if go go past the ball fields, you've gone too far.
Directions to trail: Walk across Herman Rd and up lane on West side of Oil Depot to the trail. Walk West (towards Butler) on trail until you see us working.
